  The worst experience I ever had. The first time we dealt with them, we were given a quote over the phone. When we went in the store, we were told that the quote was for half of what I wanted. Because my son's birthday was just a couple of days away, we were forced to stick with them. The owner promised me that my baby boy will have the cutest cake on the table. On the day of his birthday, my baby boy's cake was absolutely ugly and the most hideous looking thing I have ever seen. The cake itself was very delicious, but the presentation was very disappointing. There were no apologies from the owners and no remorse. Thanks for ruining my son's first birthday.I swear I will never step in your store ever again and I will advise all my family and friends to do the same.

  We have ordered 2 specialty and 1 regular cake plus countless cupcakes from Lily's. They are great people with fantastic deserts. Not only do they look great, but more importantly they taste delicious!!!
